What's the future of how drugs will be used to enhance cognitive ability, athletic prowess or military power?
The conference programme will include thought provoking presentations by Earth and Fire (creators of Erowid, the world's largest drugs website), Dr. Robert Forman (from the University of Pennsylvania's Treatment Research Institute), Dr. John Marsden (Institute of Psychiatry), Michelle Veroken (Sporting Integrity) and Dr. David Neill (Wollongong University, Australia).
